Check out I’m an Organizing Junkie for more weekly menus!

Ok, I just learned (thanks Becca), a full 24 hours after making this plan and doing all the shopping for it that it’s Valentine’s Day on Saturday.  How romantic am I??  Serving Car Crash Casserole on ♥ Day!!!  I guess the least I can do is save the Peppermint Pucks for the weekend, and rename our main course “Crush Casserole” ;-).

  9. I found your site via organizing junkie. Your post caught my eye because I don’t eat cow dairy. Later this week I am going to try the balsamic roasted broccoli.

Glad to hear you and your family are ok from the car crash. The name of the casserole is forever embedded in my brain. I’ll have to try it.
